…..on becoming, to the best of my knowledge (happy to be proved wrong), the first ever QPR player to get a winners medal at a major international tournament while playing for the club.

Whatever you may think of the quality of AFCON, well done Seny, worth celebrating.

Yep, reckon he'd be 1st choice keeper for any other side in the tournament apart from the finalists ! We're lucky to have him. We need to start a new song for him

I can't think of another example. Ron Springett was in the 1966 England squad, but he was with Sheffield Wednesday at the time before moving back to Rangers in 1967. He was eventually presented with a winner's medal in 2009.

Well done Seny.

Lol, looking pretty cool in those shades 9's :emoticon-0100-smile

My 18 year old daughter loves this song. That'll do for me. She also loves The Clash, Bowie and Queen. She's also been listening since the age of eight, I remember passing her bedroom and she was singing ,,, Fat bottomed girls ... that'll do for me. She also loves wearing my QPR retro tops. Her first game was QPR v Chelsea 23/11/11. I'm tingling dad, will stay with me forever, the noise as she approached Loftus Road. Helguson penalty , that'll do.
