Charming. The beauty of this board is that fans can exchange their views. You may choose to disagree with my view but I never resort to personal abuse. . All I can say about the current dispute is that nowhere in the press or on any forum have I seen anything which recommends action against the Swindon referee (and certainly not from the City) so I guess that the vast majority accept that he made a genuine mistake and we all should now move on. Nothing more to add except to say your remarks have made me somewhat disillusioned at a time when we should all be celebrating

Ditto as you like to say.. but all season.

I'm sure you'll find something to criticise soon enough though..

Pretty much to a man the comments on here were that the ref was incompetent, you have argued that to a standstill and are still boringly harping on about it now. Go bore someone else.

So I choose to disagree, does that give you the right to tell me to **** off?

If the ref's incompetence was proven action being taken against him would be all over the front pages by now. I choose to give him the benefit of the doubt. You do not. And that my friend is the end of this discussion

I sooner be a boring disabled old fart than an obnoxious, disingenuous whippersnapper like you. Far better a disabled body than a disabled brain. Have a nice day

Ok lets call a truce as this is getting out of hand. Yes I have had a moan in some threads because that's what I am entitled to do. Not all of us think everything is wonderful. I have in particular moaned about the swingeing 100% increase dished out this year in disabled season ticket prices so nothing new there. I was also very much involved in knowing what went on with the Ashton Vale situation and that was not pretty. If the forum wants people just to pile praise on what's going on then what's the point. While we have had a successful season this has largely been achieved because SC was able to go out and buy the best players. In this respect I also admire the achievements of the managers at MK Dons and Swindon who have also done well on far smaller budgets. Someone once asked me what the point of education was and I think it was best explained by the Sage of Brislington who said it gave you the capacity for independent thought. And that's all I do put forward my independent thoughts which of course do necessarily accord with everyone else's views.

No one denies anybody on here the right to their opinion, but every time you post there is a dig somewhere either at the manager, players , club, board or Lansdown. We have just had the best season in my memory and you're digging every post, you haven't been here very long and believe me we have had some negativity in the past but you are taking the biscuit and quite frankly its boring.

I don't actually believe you're a City fan and if you are you are one that takes greater pleasure in our failure than our success, I suppose its to enjoy the misery...

Well I think that takes the biscuit. This thread has been about a refereeing decision. You come at it with the blame culture argument i.e. guilty until proved innocent. Not every incident has a guilty party, sometimes they just happen because of circumstances. I have simply said I believe he did not deliberately miss the incident i.e. it is possible that he did not see it. You wont have that. We agree to disagree.

You are still clearly upset that I dared say that Holloway should be viewed as a human being as well as a manager. This generated a comment from one of your friends of "I really can't stand know it all big headed old ****s like you, go watch the rovers you ass licker". Now in this thread because I dared to say that the ref was possibly not culpable you state "You can **** off back to where you come from now". I will leave others to judge whether your approach to viewpoints which disagree with yours is reasonable. End of..

And finally just to let you know I have one supporter as after the Holloway thread I received a PM reading
Just wanted to contact you to say that I think you have come in for
unwarranted abuse. You have an opinion on Holloway
and others should respect it, whether or not they agree.
Clearly there are some reasonable people around although you will probably say it was from a Gashead

What other people post about you is neither my concern or responsibility, I thought that was a bit strong and personal myself but he obviously feels the same way about you as I do..

people will have judged me long ago, it will never concern me either way.

You really are boring aren't you.

BTW, I'll keep posting on this thread as long as you want to continue..
