Drugs is bad, actual assualt is pretty bad, but sexual assault or rape is the lowest of the low.

If proven guilty he should never play again.


If proven guilty of taking class A drugs, it would certainly explain alot about his level of intelligence (or lack of it)

Footballers get accused of rape all the time because bitches know that a load of them would rather give them a few quid to stay quiet, because even if they're innocent, the majority of people are ****ing stupid and start judging people based on rumours and accusations. So to save his reputation, he'll give them money to shut up because even if he's innocent, it's not worth the hassle.

Titus has been accused of rape before, so other women know a man that has been accused before, will have sexual assault claims about him taken seriously by the police.
 
Nicked in the possesion of a class A is fairly open & shut though, he either had it on him or he didn't.
 
Here's hoping its all bullshit and he comes away clean. Theres no need for silly comments as with this situation, even though he is a SMB it doesnt have any part in this no matter which team he plays for.
If guilty - thrown out of football for life.
If innocent - a bit more protection from club and police for the poor lad

Shouldnt have any part in our beautiful game.

I agree innocent until proven guilty, but on the outset it doesn't look good.

3 diffrent woman in 3 diffrent parts of the country (London,Newcastle, Stockton) and his brother was convicted on one of them while he was there. Can hardly say he has been singled out an targeted, he's not as well known as Beckham.

The other strange thing is the story broke at around 12 O'clock but he apprently was arrested 2 hours earlier which would be around 10am. Why wasn't he at training? And why was he carrying class A drugs on him at that time in the morning.

Not accusing just pointing out the facts and saying it doesn't look good.

That made me chuckle!

To be fair, there is a reason so many rape cases are unsuccessful in their prosecution. Rape is a very tricky thing to define and SEXUAL ASSAULT (what he has been accused of) is even trickier. Whether he is convicted or not, its more bad press for Sunderland (lol my Mac doesn't recognise the word Sunderland) and more bad press for the lad himself.

Isn't it funny that some people NEVER get caught in these situations whilst others can't avoid them (Shola - he prefers hats...Vs...Bramble / Sammy...Vs...Nile!)
