Does it though? What's he been sent off for? http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/~/media/...k-update-1011.ashx/FAHandbook-update-1011.pdf Page 382 seems to be saying that sendings off in reserve games will only result in suspensions from the reserves. Last time I remember someone getting sent off in the reserves then being suspended for the first team was Lee Bracey, and I remember them changing the rules since then (which is why I knew to go and look for that file).
He got sent off for violent conduct apparently. I hope your right but I have always thought that that was the case. I mean missing 3 reserve games would hardly be a deterrent.
i dont think a 19 year old who has yet to prove himself in the game can afford to "book" an xmas off..especially one just returning from a ban..i understand a 35 year old doing it who fancies a rest and an xmas with the kids
How does a red card in the reserves count towards the championship??? Does it work the other way....So if the reserves played a game between the Birmingham and Coventry games wouldn't that count towards his 3 games??
What sort of dipshit gets sent off in a reserve game? Yellows picked up for the reserves don't count in the league, I doubt reds do either, but I'm only guessing.
The HDM think it does apply in the league and is extended to 4 matches due to being his 2nd red of the season, it might even result in him being sent back to the Manc's.
For what it's worth, Red cards from reserve games carry over to the league in Football Manager. In my experience FM is spot on with stuff like this.
Well after going to the game i can confirm he swung at an opponent.... Why would you punch someone in a reserve game, absolute idiot.
