The Ki selection is indeed bold - ML is gambling on us having lots of the ball - hope it pays off, I am sure it will!
Ok, now I'm nervous. Wish I could have made it but at least my brother is there giving it large!! It really is a special occasion and still quite hard to fathom....swansea v Bradford in the final!!! Hope it goes our way obviously, but it will be tough I think. 3-1 Swansea. GET IN THERE YOU JACK BARSTEWARDS!
They say that a attack is the best defense. So let's hope that Ki is responsible for more Swansea goals than he is for Bradford goals
Watching a Korean (I think) feed in India. Don't worry about Ki - he will be fine. 1-0, we need to press and put a ton on them early.
Someone said you sent 5,000 back. Hard to believe considering its your biggest game ever. Theres nothing on the internet saying anything other than a sell out. I think they were just stirring.
This is worrying. Nobody bothered to run and support routledge there. We'd better not sit back and think we've already won it or we'll get a nasty surprise.
Without jinxing it, I think that it's looking good so far. Bradford hasn't threatened the goal yet and I'd be surprised if there isn't a goal or two left in the bag for Swansea.
"A double-nutmeg special! This is a really scrumptious goal. If it was a cringeworthy extended metaphor, I'd guzzle it whole and ask for seconds. Britton, central and perhaps forty yards from goal, threaded a pass through Jones' legs from bare distance, finding Michu alone in the box on the left-hand side. Showing unreal composure, he assessed the scene, reclined, and flipped a low, left footed shot with impeccable geometry through a further set of legs - McArdle's I think - and past Duke into the far corner. He's a smart man."
Well you have to be satisfied with that 1st half - I expect Monk to come on for Ki with 20 mins to go if stays this way
We need to be leading by a ton to get Monk on. Question: is Bartley injured. Ki is playing center back because (IMO), ML is sending a message that thou shall not mail it in when you play - to both Bartley and Monk and anybody else who may need a kick up the rear end.
Good luck lads - not that it appears you will need it. Easy to go with the romantic idea of Bradford winning, but Swansea have been a breath of fresh air to the PL this season and will do well in the EL next year.
