I didn't see any justification for Power to do that, looked like he had a little push or trip from the Bradford player then had a bitchy kick at him from the floor. I like the guy but it's not good enough.

I was all set to give them genuine respect for a job well done but between Mourinho's occasionally genius management and Benitez's natural cowardice they managed to **** it up.

Power was a red, no doubt. Stupid of him to lash out like that

Another ref having a **** day though in general I heard. Yellow for cattermole, then let's their player off with just a free kick when he takes maja's (I think) legs from under him when through on goal, plus another few occasions like that.

But a good 3 points all considering !

Looks like we have our best CD partnership to date, only a couple of games together but it looks promising. Well done Jack Ross.

If your pissed but still came up with Lee Cattergoal then fair play to you, was pretty much his goal too hey.

I'm still baffled by Catts' goal scoring this season what the ****s going on there.

Just watched the sky highlights. One thing I can’t work out is that Power was blatantly shoved to the floor. Yet the ref gives the retaliation foul but seemingly missed the original foul? Agree it’s a red. Stupid one too. But the first foul (as in the Oviedo one) was definitely on a Sunderland player

And that Marcus takes us back to the other thread that's open about Referees and how poor they are at any level and especially this one.
Ross has got to sort out why these seasoned pros are giving Refs a decision too make and not biting back to the elbows, sly kicks and having your toes trampled on that were having to put up with every game.
I could understand it if it was Maja, Mumba etc retaliating as they are so inexperienced but there's no excuse for the two cards we've had this week.
    Sort it out Jack.

Cannot take the glory for that. Must have seen it somewhere and fortunately typed it fairly decently. I was ever so slightly tipsy yesterday until Sanchez's goal n then it was full on p*ssed mode.

Getting s bit worried that we are getting a reputation as s team easily riled. Expect a lot more provocation in the weeks ahead. Have to learn not to react
