Eight years ago, in the aftermath of Yann Kermogant’s dinked penalty sending the Bluebirds to face small Blackpool in a golden opportunity to reach the Premier League, Leicester City fans took comfort in the fact their new ownership appeared to finally be turning things around. The 2nd tier title soon followed and then historically, the Premier League, as the team and club was transformed under the ownership. Is there some poignancy, following the tragedy that occurred last week, in the Foxes returning to the stadium where that first season under the ownership ended? Even if not, this will probably be an incredibly emotional tie (but we would still very much like the three points!)
Another draw from me....LCFC will get boost form recent events. 2 2 with Morrison finding the target.
So much of this game will come down to how NW approaches the match. If we attack from the outset, we may be able to get one or two early. However, if we let them score first, I don't see us getting a result. On the fence with this one, but I guess I will back NW's ability to get the players ready for a fight and that he decides to attack them hard. 2-1 win to CCFC - Scorer: Murphy
1-0 win for City if we play this the right way. Patience in stifling their passion and a gutsy performance to grab a goal - I'll go for Victor to get it.
