Following a tough run of games, and with trips to both Spurs and Liverpool looming, further importance is placed on our home fixture against the team that finished 7th last season. Despite a disjointed start to the season, Burnley managed to ominously rediscover some form in a 4 nil slaughter of Bournemouth last weekend. Good performances against Uddersfield and Toon suggest that we will compete but will be able to get any points out of the Clarets? (Especially when there appears to be limited opportunities on the horizon )
A must win game, these are the ones we need to win. Going for a 2-1 bluebirds win with Ward hitting the onion sack.
Good competitive game coming up for a change. Would be happy with our first win however we get it. I'll go for a tough game with City coming out on top 3-1 and Reid getting off the mark with one of them.
My God...some optimism on here at last. City to win 3 - 2, please Sheepy. KZ to to have a belter off the bench & score at least 1. Thanks.
With most results going our way today can Colin inspire the players to get the first win tomorrow? My head says go with Masky and Musty (sounds like a fashion line at Bargain Booze) and predict a loss but I will follow the optimism on here - 3.1 to City. Arter to open his account.
