How far do people think it is from Peterboro to Hull. ? Can easy do both training grounds within 2 hours.

As OLM says, Boyd obviously is not a fan of lunchtime.

Burnsy confirms that he goes straight into the squad for Bolton. Looks like Olifinjana will get a weekend off. imo

Grear news though on Boyd but hardly a surprise. Now ends the speculation.

Next loan please...............

Good. Don't understand why he gets a spot on the bench ahead of a youngster.

Boyd is a fantastic signing and is the perfect replacement for Aluko allowing Koren to drop back into the midfield. I am surprised however that Bruce didn't wait a couple more days to ensure Boyd would be available for the play-off final, however I imagine we'll have Aluko back by then anyway.

That doesn't make sense; he'll have to sign a loan contract and it's as and when that contract is signed that the limit begins.
Dont shoot the messenger, someone posted saying the 93 days only count when he is training or playing.

I'm pretty happy with that signing actually, still think we need someone in either the Aluko or Gedo mold now that it looks like we won't see Aluko again this season.

I don't get this, why have we signed him today, rather than on Monday?

If we end up in the play-off final, he can't play now.

Maybe work same way as the banks, you know when you put the cheque in they say 4 working days, so you put it in Thursday but can't get the ****ing money till Wednesday. They are not counting Sats And Suns in the loan agreement<laugh>

I wasn't having a go, it's whoever said it originally that doesn't make sense. That would mean that if he got injured for 4 days, he'd still be eligible to play because he hadn't trained.

I believe that the emergency loan can be split up, so when there is an international break he will technically be made a peterborough player again, and then return to us afterwards so would not miss any games. Not 100% but that is my understanding
