Boycott Derby Away

Mine hasn't arrived yet, but I am told it is in the post.

I assume it better to come off the M1 at the A50 then onto A6?

 

I do hope nobody wants to stand up and make a noise, 3000 people could make a hell of a racket!!

 

You can do that or the A52 then round the ring road slightly to the A6. It's just around Alvaston Park where I usually park, there's a housing estate literally just before the bridge on the right as you're driving towards the stadium, there's a good few places on the A6 before the roundabout or the other side of the roundabout to the stadium too. It's a 5 minute walk to the ground and you can cut through a car park adjacent to the ground before and after the game to save you having to walk right round the stadium as the away end is on that side but they have a fence up.

 

OK got it, thanks, I assume when you say the bridge that is the railway bridge?

 

Just read they are appealing for all the home fans to bring scarfs to the game plus handing extras out so they can create a wall of black and white, also handing out lots of streamers for when the teams come out, what are we doing in reply?

I think so yeah. Bloody big bridge. Ends pretty much smack bang in front of the stadium.

 

I'm finally bringing out the drum. I've teased it a few times on here this season. Bring it on!

There's not an atmosphere like it.

 

I'm on the back row and sitting; therefore, you can all sit too. Anybody got any recommendations on a good quality flask?

 

1) Lasses on stilts outside main entrance
2) Bored ballboys told to wave big flags (minus our name) at important moments
3) Big **** off burning braziers flaring up near where the players come out
4) Steve Jordan under instructions to bellow COME ON! loudly x3
5) Free scarves and clappers for Derby fans
