The improvement he’s made since he walked into the ring is incredible. It’s a hard weight class he’s in but he is a genuine contender within it

I’ve seen him twice and it’s obvious he’s a contender mate, I also think Hatton jnr can go far but not like benn

I feel a bit sorry for Hatton he’s effectively being thrown in right at the deep end with no experience at all and the ‘non-boxing people’ expect him to be exactly the same as his father. It will be interesting to see his development

Benn is the best prospect in this country by a mile

I know a boxing promoter who basically says you can be **** at boxing and sell tickets and make it, if you can box well and not command an audience you might aswell stack shelves in Asda, if you are a raw talent you can pick and choose and this boy can tell Hearn to **** off and make more than him

Good assessment that it’s all about selling tickets for the ‘big promoters’ that’s the reason Hatton started his career on the big shows when clearly he wasn’t ready

Wheres this lad from then? Is not in the GB set up at all?
