Agree with your predictions smoke apart from Mitchell, feel he'll get stopped.

I hope not mate. It's not an easy fight to predict, Barroso is something of an unknown and they both carry power so I can't see it going the distance so I plumped for the fighter I know more about.

Funny you highlighted this fight smokey, the guy who had £500 on Fury has told me, out of all the fights on tomorrow night, he's backing Barroso to KO Mitchell. He's not putting as much on it but he fancies a KO. Just see it's 3/1 with Ladbrokes. Might play assuming the horses don't clean me out tomorrow <laugh>

My best friend is a massive Kevin Mitchell fan and he text me earlier tonight saying Mitchell gets wiped out tomorrow. I just don't see anyone on Barroso's record that stands out so he'll need to handle the step up in class, which he may do with ease. That's what makes this an intriguing fight. However IF Mitchell is on his game I don't think there's many better lightweights in the world. He's the best we have possibly with the exception of Campbell who's potentially very very special.

No doubt about it, Kevin Mitchell is a massive step up for Ismael Barroso, but the man from Venezuela is some kind of beast. Barroso made a mess of Ira Terry, a man who once had a record of 18-0, but has since slipped to 26-14, while Mitchell had a nice points lead in the fight against the three weight world champion Jorge Linares, before being battered to a stand still in the tenth. Mitchell is fast and clever, but can be stopped. I'm not sure he can survive against the powerful south paw with the explosive left hand. As the winner of this fight gets a shot at the WBA Lightweight Title next year, you can bet that Anthony "Million Dollar" Crolla will be looking on with keen interest.

I've followed this guys advise. Let's see what happens!

Bloody he'll accumulator could go down at first hurdle Luke Campbell put on his arse in 5th. Doesn't look like Mendy is going to be easy to stop

Accumulator down. Luke Campbell beaten for the first time. Thought they had been generous to Campbell to give it a split decision I thought Mendy deserved unanimous decision.

Let's hope it's not a night of upsets, although I wouldn't mind seeing Tony Bellew getting mullered!
