“ What A ****ing Punch “ nowt much else to say
Gonna be a brilliant year for boxing !!!!
Should be some good fights.

Bit conflicted about so many fights in Saudi though.

On one hand they’re a regime with a challenging relationship to human rights, and hearing all the fighters desperate to say ‘thank you to his excellency’ straight after fights makes me a bit sick in my mouth…on the other hand the fight times are better than Vegas!

The fight times are better because the Saudi’s don't give a **** about the people and can organise stuff to happen at 3 or 4am local time which suits the worldwide PFV telly audience.

Didn’t realise that, but makes sense
Stupidly I assumed it was a time difference thing

That punch came from the cheap seats ( if there were any ) by the time it connected the man was already out, one of the best punches I’ve ever seen, talk about flush, it was as if it was missile guided. “ it is what it is “ lol

On reflection, it’s concerning that Ngannou could have easily been permanently damaged with those knockdowns. Those around him pumping his ego, along with those who sanctioned the fight, could have had some serious questions to answer.

He was way out of his depth. Like a school fight having a 1st year fighting a 5th year with all the other 1st years convincing their classmate he’ll win.

Tough call beforehand though.
Fury was clearly unprepared, but Ngannou won that fight, despite the dodgy judging, so there’s no way you could say he didn’t deserve the fight.
…Beforehand.
As it happened it wasn’t a nice watch.
