Let's just wait and see, looked a fairly innocuous challenge which obviously makes you worry more. Lejeune's done both knees, it's not the big deal it was 10-15 years ago in my opinion. He'll most likely miss the rest of the season and be ok for next, could also just be a twist in which case 3-4 weeks and he'll be right.

Trust me I'm a doctor!!

Its a bad one ... season over at least, so doubt we will pay anything in the summer

Matty is far better than Sean imo.

I haven't seen Sean look nearly good enough honestly. Get Matty and Ritchie together they are pacey and chase every single ball.

I am so happy to have Ritchie back and I think he can be our senior player in midfield. Drop Jonjo.

This is what my wife has always said.

And she taught them both history, so she would know..

Think they are very different players and their roles are very different. Matty is a more attacking midfielder and can just go on and chase every single ball. Sean is a more holding midfielder, which is a much more responsible position, in which there is a lot more to learn and a lot more responsibility. He also has to adapt to our formation a lot more. He has taken longer to get back up to speed after being out for so long but I think will eventually be a much more important player for us than his brother.

Also it's obvious that he was helping his brother with his history homework as well.

We apparantly wont go above 18 million for bowen... this lazaro is instead being signed

Seems odd if true. Just seems like another James Maddison situation. Bowen's got a lot of potential, Lazaro honestly just looks average, certainly no better than Yedlin or Manquillo. Hard to see why RWB is a priority when we have three right backs already.

Bruce seemed to suggest it was bollox, unless I got the wrong end of the stick. He said to Mark Douglas, who asked about Lazaro, “that was Sky Italia, wasn’t it? I’m glad you didn’t get hold of that one” with a smile and chuckle.

I think we will get Bowen. Hope he’s more Maddison than Murphy: Be interesting if there’s any substance to this mystery signing. Hard to see what it would be as I’m still not sure what formation we play. Striker I guess with muto and Gayle leaving; so if I was being wildly optimistic I’d say Moussa Dembele of Lyon. 23, has played in the North and exceeded expectations, Lyon have recently signed a striker.

Ah, well Nixon loves to stir the **** and I'd imagine Hull are after at least £25m for Bowen.

Dembele was mooted for Chelsea but the issue these big clubs have is saying you've got to fight for a place. No way is Lampard either going 2 up front or dropping Abraham. Meanwhile Dembele is available. He's probably too good for us, and too expensive, but would be a considerably better move than going for that Joelinton lad. Oh, too late. Besides which, the "surprise signing" is confirmed as Nabil Bentaleb on loan from Schalke.

I think after joelinton ashley will look for loans with buying price agreed.. think it will be lazaro , benteleb and nothing more .. tbh that will do...

Yes its a ****ter , but im happy ritchie can play there.. were ****ed if gets injured.

Just a squad player loan perhaps.

All these loans though... weird for the group imo... too many with one foot out the door.

Happens plenty of times in the real world, people come into the office on temp contracts you make friends, wish them well when they leave. Most of the end up staying beyond their contract cos they've found a little bit of responsibility and it's a ball ache to retrain someone.

We just operate like a normal business does, and when we sign someone on loan its an almost 80% guarantee they will stay.

That would be you level 2 business studies knowledge right Welshie? Stop embarasing us and yourself and stick to the football, where you talk a little sense.

Shut up you ****ing clown.

Your constant passive aggressive pointless **** is getting tiresome. Make some genuine points, which aren't constant sarcasm, derivative, or useless or just **** off man.

I don't think I've ever seen you engage in a sensible chat on this board and came away looking intelligent. It's embarrassing.

Unless they actually turn out to be better than we originally thought and then they get offered more by somebody else at the end of the loan.

Yeah, but it's still not abnormal.Like I said, he treats NUFC like any other company, he doesn't see it's as a special entity. We're just a member of the Frasers Group now tbh.
