Just don't understand when the longer the deal means the longer we have a 'cheap' asset who can clearly score goals for us, or the better the sales price. There's literally no reason not to do it.
Gotta love this picture. That isn't just a 'say cheese' smile, it's a genuine absolutely chuffed to **** smile. Well done Jarrod
I'm really pleased for the lad and equally as pleased to have been made to look like a clueless twerp. He fully deserves that award.
The shame of this is that Josh Tymon is a much better prospect and could have played for us and won this award instead of languishing in Stoke City Reserves
Not sure I'd argue Tymon was a much better prospect. He's younger and therefore potentially has more upside, but there were more deficiencies to his game than Bowen has exhibited. 5 goals in 7 games is a ridiculous effort.
We've got the firepower to get out of this division. It just needs coupling with a defence that can defend. Unfortunately it looks like a complete disaster at the back. Not just full backs either. Centre halves look distinctly below average.
Good boost for the lad & well deserved. Trophy haul for the season is underway. We're on the up. #AllamOut.
Ehaw on Bowen, "Jarrod is certainly a player we will be looking to sell for a profit in the next transfer window, now that we've made use of our academy we can close it down and concentrate on bringing in cheaper players in the twilight of their careers. This will all help improve the Tigers brand and hopefully attract buyers who can take the club to the next level.. League 1"
As much as I enjoy watching Bowen play it's difficult to get too excited when you know he'll be gone by January if he keeps it up.
