The boys did the business in the way we performed last year. OK it was only Bournemouth but it was great seeing Hazard contributing like he used to. Things can only get better. What a happy man I'll be if we can dump the spuds next week

Even After City game I expected to take points off Spuds. I still strongly feel boys will be up for Spuds!!

Even if Mikel starts - which I strongly believe & hope will not be the case.

Best player of last season is back to his best!!
Yes I am talking about Matic!!

He can carry Fab & Play false CB to protect liability Mikel against the Spuds.
Fab should never be played at the deeper role. He should always be further up, right behind #9.
Best position for him like today.
Fab is arguably the SLOWEST ever footy player and deep lying CM role is worst possible position.
He cannot cover / defend for ****. He should be given freedom of the Bridge against Spuds in that advanced role!!

Matic didn't put a foot wrong just like Mikel didn't put a foot wrong for the opposition.
Mikel will easily overtake Fab in all time assist list - if they keep stats of the assists to opposition!

He shouldn't start anywhere tbh. City were that good - because Mikel was controlling the Midfield for City.

Can't we just all enjoy a win for once without it turning into another anti-Mikel rant!!

He a decent solid footballer, not a world beater but certainly not as bad as you make out!
 
I am not a big Mikel fan either, he is definitely someone I would be looking to off load in the summer if I were Conte.
But still, he aint going anywhere for the next month at least, so no point whinging about it :)
