    So, Bournemouth players’ shouts seem to be able to activate the ref’s whistle. Not sure how the science of that works, but there it is.

    True. - he gave a free kick against Chabs in the first half too after Pearson slapped him in the face. I couldn't understand why that didn't go our way.

    Pearson earlier, shouted “Are you dumb?” at the linesman. Dissent not worthy of a card? Unbelievable. Lino heard him and told him off, so no denying he heard him.

    Brave linesman waves his flag with a flourish to indicate a foul - but only when the ref has blown his whistle to give it. I know some poeple prefer the Championship, but the standard of refereeing is simply shocking.
