2nd half performance much, much better. forget the pen, not the save though. that was a joke really. 1 more point on the board. need less 1st half performances like that mind, that was terrible.

Pleased with the result but both teams need work. Bournemouth produced a good goal and not much else. We didn't even manage that, apart from Anya's run into the box and shot. We do not seem to have any links between the midfield and the attack. Most teams seem to be able to stifle any supply to Deeney and Ighalo. Bournemouth weren't as good at that as, say Palace, but they still managed it effectively. I think both teams could be involved in a relegation scrap, especially if Sunderland and Newcastle can improve with new managers.
NZ, I echo that. Maybe after the goals from the last few seasons I am too critical, however, we seriously lack a threat on goal. This may have been slightly balanced by a tighter back line but I worry most of the more established teams will easily beat us and we won´t offer anything in return. I´d rather go down guns blazing, than just some Pirate ship holding the cannons back on some form of cruise control.
Where to start?. Thought it was an awful first half from us, not in to the match at all, allowed them far to much time on the ball and no urgency in us to break forward. Second half better at times but only at times. We look so weak in organising an attack and have to say following on from Palace these have been the poorest by far of our Premeir League games thus far. In conclusion we have lost our way somewhat since Swansea and Newcastle and Bournemouth look better equiped at staying up than us. Only positive is they failed to gain advantage from another sham refereeing gift to them.
Not long back. Awful first half. Better second half. Zero atmosphere from the B'mouth fans. Need a better attacking strategy than lumping it to Iggy and Deeney. Deeney could have shot a couple of times but chose to pass. It's mostly about B'mouth but we hit the crossbar and Anya spurned a decent chance. Unlike others on here, I do hope B'mouth go down.
