Ha it's all good fun mate, I do it to keep my body in good shape mate is all. Healthy body healthy mind, without going into too much detail, I had a few mental health issues that I didn't want to overcome with medication, so I took the option to train hard to tire my mind out. It works but I did go with meds in the end as well. Beta blockers, they slow my heart rate to stop me panicking, so in turn I burn less calories and put weight on fairly easily meaning I have to push myself twice as hard as I used to in the gym. I'm 6 ft zip and weigh about 87/88 Kg at the minute, I'll get to 14 stone 3 pounds and cut from there down to around 13.5 stone or so. Lean and tall, legs aren't all that cos I used to be borderline anorexic and as such I struggle to get an awful lot of size onto my legs without going too heavy up top and looking disproportionate. I train, with a few lads, on mats, on pads, in a ring just sparring stuff, not boxing mostly Muay Thai style stuff, but when I'm bulking it does me no favours so I cut back on it. Thanks for the compliments, very flattering coming from you mate, but I'm 31 years old.
Love the direction this thread has taken it's a damn sight less depressing than talking about us potentially being bottom of the league though...
