That Dejagah fella at Fulham has done pretty well; I didn't even know who he was before they signed him. I'd have him and Hangeland if Fulham do drop. Is there a chance we will see Dungeon at Lb against Sheffield United?
Why would anyone want to pick a player who hasn’t played for about a year and a half in a game as important as an FA Cup Semi-Final? A player who wasn't even an established first teamer in the league below.
A bit harsh on Dudge, he was first choice until he got injured and had he not got crocked, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have brought in Figueroa, at least not as a first team player. Dungeon has been back in training for a while now and I think he will be on the bench at least.
Not being harsh on him, I think he has potential. Just pointing out that'd be a daft one to bring him back for given the magnitude of what's at stake, especially seeing as were likely to have a few pressure off league games before the season is out. He won't be in the squad anyway, quite rightly, unless we have a big injury crisis.
Think neither Peo or SB fully trust Dudge. Suspect more loans being lined up for him. The level we are now at and the level when he last played have changed. Chester too had a tough afternoon against Bony on Sat. The bar has been raised and Dudge is unproven.
Can any of you twitterists send this to Campbell's account? I certainly would, but don't have an account.
Although he's played there quite a bit this season, he's not an out-and-out left-back. I think Assou-Ekotto, Aaron Cresswell or Martin Olsson could be better options as they're defenders first, attackers second - but also good at attacking. I wouldn't be adverse to Richardson, but he's attack-minded first, defender second... a bit like cloning Elmo and playing him right-back and left-back.
Don't know if will be applicable if Sunderland carry on as at present at Spurs, but would take Alonso (Marcus) from them, he looked good against us last season at Bolton.
SPURS 4-1 Sunderland... I am now convinced that the undertaker is getting his hammer and nails ready..
A better footballer than Elmo though. I'd have him any day of the week. Perhaps not a first choice left back, but a quality and versatile squad man. Probably pick him up for a couple of mill too. This is what Brucie had to say about him back in 20011... Bruce moved Richardson up front after facing something of a crisis in the striking department following the sale of Darren Bent to Aston Villa and the Black Cats boss was quick to praise "the outstanding player on the pitch". "I must have asked him to play in five or six positions this season and certainly in that position he enjoys it, itâs something he revels in," he said. "He was the outstanding player on the pitch. In the first half he was brilliant, his pace was superb. http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896...anager-steve-bruce-praises-outstanding-kieran
It should have been 10. Sunderland have gone and after all the s***e on their board about us, I am over the moon.
