    A few weeks ago spurs had 2 chances to go top. Once against us, then again against 10 man Arsenal.

    I'd say you were in it. Even the bookies had you as favourites at one point.

    That's a great little rant Biggins, but your property fantasy stories have got more holes in them than a Swiss cheese. They were horribly exposed for you time and time again, but you kept coming back for more.     Yeah but we'll be there or thereabouts again next season, and the one after that. Given Spurs' record you might not get a chance again until your daughters are grandparents :)

    That was ages ago. Even Aston Villa were joint top on the opening weekend! The lead changes throughout the year.

    Spurs had a chance to go top at the 'business end' of the season though. And they blew it. The big, nervous, wobbly bottle jobs. <laugh>
