That was about as good a team as we could have put out given the players available. Sounds like we were a bit unlucky, all things considered.
Absolutely. Park and Bosingwa got bums on seats but were awful. This is a team of honest pros competing against many teams with far greater resources, today being a prime example. I know which I prefer.
Best stream I've had yet. I didn't lose it until about the 80th minute, and then only for a couple of minutes. When it freezes, i hit refresh, then you get the screen with something like an old video camera on it rather than play sometimes- there is a note above that saying something like already subscribed? , then "log In". Hitting that log in button there often seems to get the play button up again, and I get back in. Hope it helps.
I thought their 3rd goal went out of play right before the little ball in, both live and also when they repeated it. Anyone else think that?
I think that our make shift team played rather well. It was disappointing to concede two quick goals after going 1:2 up, but we deserved a 3:3 draw. A thoroughly enjoyable match despite the result. Have a great weekend!
No and we won't be great every week or even most weeks, but I don't feel I'm being cheated out of my money when I go through a turnstile.
But then I never did, perhaps because I only came over for the odd game but I saw class acts. Like Adel scoring and doing his stuff, saw us beat 9 man Chelsea, Spurs, Gunners, Stoke home with a Cisse last minute season saver, and away to go 9th in the PL, and when we lost I still saw great play in the R's shirt, even from Bosingwa. Never from Park though!
Disappointing to have lost the lead twice and then lose, but the team is performing much better than many predicted so far this season and, as has been pointed out by others, they appear to have something about them. I've been pleasantly surprised this season so far and am very much looking forward to the QPR rollercoaster as it trundles on to May. It will be interesting to see whether the likes of Borysiuk(?), Cousins, Hall etc. can make the side stronger.
Then you were very lucky as the majority of it was at best embarrassing and at times quite insulting.
Just landed to this disappointing news. Are we the first team to score there at all? Helps the goal difference I suppose.
I thought that we battled hard today, but Boro were definitely the better side and a home win was a fair reflection of the game overall Two excellent saves by Smithies, at least 2 horrendous misses by Boro, and a great goal line clearance by Furlong Boro used their wide players very effectively, particularly in the second half, and we got caught a few times with both full backs having to defend against overlapping attacks without support Disappointing to lose the lead twice, but overall a pretty decent performance, and worth the long trip
