The wife went into labour as our coalman was delivering our coal so the wife was taken hosp by our coalman, as I was working away at the time

congrats SA9! time to go out and have a bevy or two i reckon 
should just be livening up for the lunchtime drinks in wind st. it reminds me when my missus had Olwen our first, she delivered at 11pm on a friday night, i got kicked out of the hospital at midnight promising to go back for lunchtime visiting the next day. not sure what happened, but i remember getting an irate call in chinese at 4pm, it was from her parents and i was still in "the old china hand" the bar one goes to when no other bar will serve you, naturally i was utterly ****-faced, dilli would have been proud. fortunately i just about survived being chopped into many pieces by my wife's seething siblings. a few years later she delivered our second at 7am on a monday morning, guess she still didn't trust me.....

Thanks for the messages guys, she was born just about an hour ago. Mother and baby doing fine.
Thinking of calling her Miguel...the mrs doesn't approve though

Well done to you both, SA9. Congrats and every good wish for the future. What about Michaela? There used to be a famous pair on tv doing wild life shows, Armand and Michaela Dennis.
