Not sure, but they have to go a long way to try and educate people on alcohol abuse. I think the way we make drink almost taboo (not the cocktail) makes youngsters more inclined to drink it! In most European countries it is socially accpetable teenagers to have a drink with an evening meal but here we go mental if a teenager evens has a can of shandy! That, in my opinion, makes booze seem more attractive!
I drank from 2pm saturday til 5pm sunday stopping only to get my nasties cos I'm such a ****in lad!!!! even then I still had a can next to the bed. Mon the alkies!!
