Last night I attended ross county v caley thistle game. Before the game I had a bet...over 2 goals..over 3 cards..over 10 corners. I was waiting for 1 card when number 22(Mackay) was booked for dissent. It wasn't shown on tv as they were showing a replay of an incident. So none of the match reports show the card being shown. Robbing bastard won't pay out.
 
Whoops, just noticed it's over 3 cards so it doesn't help.
There must be away to find the official Scottish FA stats.

Point them in the direction of the official Scottish FA site , that will show the correct cards from the ref's report

According to the SFA website you've won. Legally, however, I'm not sure if they have to pay anyone anyway, ever.

I'd present them with that evidence first, then if they don't budge, look at your options.

They'll probably want to avoid adverse publicity, especially for a relatively small amount, so you could look at getting in touch with Racing Post and others.

There was someone, on here or maybe CI, who did that and got their money pretty quicky - even though their actual bet was snide (as far as I recall).

It's been escalated and the website is looking into it..Twitter still being blunt and resolute that I am wrong
 
Send a letter to their head office,explain the situation and ask them to intervene.Keep all the correspondence and if they refuse to budge then contact IBAS.....If you are correct it's doubtful that you'll need to go that far.

Has this been resolved? Can you post an image of the bet? (obviously blank out the bet number!)
 
Not resolved ..deleted the William hill app and moved to ladbrokes . My pal had a similar bet with Skybet(over 3 cards) and they paid out.
