"enjoy your chance while you can but you're second choice when Wilfs back " and I'm sorry to say but we're not in a position to turn down a good offer for any of our players ,especially one who could by his transfer fee could furnish the purchase of players needed in other areas or put down a sizeable chunk of a deposit if we wanted to buy the Stadium .Bony as great as he is will be replaced at some point and I don't think those comments will have a bearing on when ,it'll be on how much is offered .

It's a ridiculous sum of money. When you think they are considering paying that for him, then Huw is well within his rights to tell Man City we want £60 million for Bony.

I've also read today that Man City are looking at Benteke as an alternative to Bony.

 

Clubs will always show interest in other players as a bargaining ploy. It's up to Huw to stand his ground.
