It is of course an individuals choice to have a vaccination! Pickford's wife has been making her anti-vaxxer gob go on social media.

But as the majority of us are vaccinated, should society choose whether or not the unvaccinated should be allowed to go anywhere indoors or outdoors?

If the unvaccinated need hospitalisation, so that they bed block for lots of others in urgent need of hospital. Should they pay for their care? ICU care costs thousands of pounds per day... if their stupidity puts them in hospital why should others suffer if they become infected because of their stupidity.

If you are stupid enough to drink/drug drive and kill somebody you can get 14 years. Is it that different to being a stupid anti-vaxxer and passing on the virus which kills somebody... surely some jail time is called for?

With you there mate . I think there should be a contract for them to sign which states

I refuse the vaccine therefore I will not attend hospital or use an ICU bed if I catch covid but will remain home to die.

I really do agree with that sentiment... but the NHS will have to treat them... so they shouldn't bear the cost.

Then of course the infection of others, I quite like the drink/drug driving and 14 years sentence analogy.

However I friend my mine reminded me of some aids court decisions. Where somebody infected with aids, did not tell his partner, who then caught it...they were prosecuted.

Would be interesting to try and pursue assisted suicide for those preaching on social media.

Unless I've missed something the vaccine limits the liklihood of having severe illness yourself if you happen to catch it. Nothing to do with passing the virus on, which you can do if you are vaccinated. Would you lock up vaccinated people too who pass on the virus? Perhaps we move to a system where everyone has to do a lateral flow every single time they leave the house, forever?

You're an interesting character, mate. You use terms like daily heil and tory graph, suggesting that you're left leaning and yet you espouse some fairly extreme authoritarian opinions like locking people up for not taking a vaccine and daring to go out in public.
