I like Henry. But he has no one around him in midfield to help apart from that Toszer

I can feel a "Never felt more like singing the blues..." song coming on.
Scum 1-1 Soton and Scum is being outplayed.

Oh by the way... Our coach has actually got us a plan for corners and free-kicks.
And it works......small but significant steps

Yes I did..... Henry is a good player but he is left with a role no one could do well in because of those around him. My personal opinion of course.

    Is that a joke?

He has 4 othe players in midfield around him. He does nothing

I watched him on more than one occasion today when a centre back got the ball literally intentionally position himself so that a Bolton player was between him and the ball

    Really?

Only difference I saw was the quality of the delivery as compared to the ****e Barton used to serve up

Some peoples' obsession with hating Henry is really quite disturbing!

He is a limited player, but he is far, far from being our biggest problem imo.

Yes really Peter..quality balls in... Good to very good headers from JET, NED and Hall or was it Angella.
    Credit where due today.
Loads of passion , no heads dropping, a plan ...Good going forward... But still really suspect defence....and more importantly just in front of the defence.
And the goalie still worries me...

That's irrelevant. Its an easy fix

4 players on the bench that should be playing ahead of him; Sandro, Luongo, Doughty and Faurlin

Then off the striker is beyond a joke.

I'd certainly start with Sandro and Faurlin together, with Fer ahead of them, but I simply don't agree that Henry is as bad as you and some others describe.
Could it be that he was left on, all be it further forward, because Ramsey wanted to keep the midfield tight?

Look, we won, three vital points, that's all that matters after Fulham. Just enjoy it instead of finding fault. Good man!:emoticon-0148-yes:<hug>

Great win Rs and a wonderful afternoon in the roller coaster that being a QPR fan means.
I'm pleased for the lads, pleased for us and pleased for CR too.
We're not papering over the cracks. We know the cracks are there and we are trying to give attention to them.
    Onwards and upwards.

The midfield at no point this season has been 'tight' so it definitely wasn't to keep it tight

The theory must have been so that he can chase down their own holding midfielders and centre backs but it didn't work and they equalised. Leaving him on after that was nothing short of idiotic.

Agree its three vital points and that is the main thing but to concede 3 goals against a team likely to get relegated. 20 goals in 10 games.

We got away with it. CR needs to learn quick or he should do one as he's limiting us and harming our chances of promotion

And you can **** off you senile ****.

Bet you weren't even at the game so you literally don't know what you are talking about

I'm not the only one to see it with Henry but I was one of the first. If you ever went to a game you might see it yourself

Fair enough, completely welcome others opinions, I've always said that's what footballs all about, and welcome a fellow R's opinion even more. I simply can't see how he was any good today. Constantly bypassed, didn't win the second ball on a consistent basis, and offered nothing going forward.
Col said that he is "far" from our bigger problem at the moment, but for me he not only encapsulates our head coaches shortcomings, but he's the main reason we're getting caught short in midfield, not ticking things over etc. You only have to look at the Fulham game for that to be evident. Luongo and Sandro in that midfield two for me (assuming we're going to continue to play that, for that record I wouldn't play that either, especially at home)

It's all about opinions I agree.

For me, Luongo looked poor deeper in midfield and I'd never want him there.
