Just back from a weekend in the north west and I can't be arsed to trawl through the other posts so here are my thoughts:

We weren't that terrible with the ball.

Without the ball we were shocking throughout. It was almost as if someone had set up a 'no tackling' training game. We just invited them on to us at will. No bite and a team of total pussies.

Where was the captain - or indeed anyone - giving a rallying cry and steely bollocking? It was a collective heads down and avoid eye contact after every attack.

Brady was ****e. He had so much opportunity, with the freedom of them seemingly not playing a right back, yet his end product was terrible. That shot from the free kick on the edge of the box was one of the worst things ive ever seen.

    Boyd was our best player.

The fans were ****e. We were silent from the first whistle until mid way through the second half.

The carvery in the pub pre-match was the highlight of the day. Only £4.19.

A moronic response from the Bullshit Man. Say what you like, but accept that someone might not agree. From page 3 you have bleated like a ****ing tart. You know nowt because you talk ****e, again and again and . . .

. . . your posts on this thread have painted us as a piss-poor team who are in 3rd place in the second highest league (joint 2nd if no GD); we've been hit hard and fast in the opening 8 minutes; **** happens, get over it and yourself you sad bastard.

I agree, but who was to blame? I don't think it was Erik.

I don't know what you're on about really. I don't know Erik personally or anything. We hardly ban anyone on this board so to suggest I'm licking Erik's arse by not banning him is ridiculous. I must bum AKCJ as well because we haven't banned him. I don't think I really understand your complaint. If you aren't happy with something PM me and I'll try to explain.

We've conceded three on five occasions (including Donny in the League Cup) and four once.

Compare that to our record of scoring three on three occasions and four once...

The lucky ones were the ones who could not get a ticket for this game. In a funny sort of way I am glad its haopened. After having so much praise and smoke blown up there backsides after dismantling Blackburn last tuesday i fear that City got too lax and sloppy for there own good. Not so much Bolgton being good but City being awful for the opening 10 mins. Once we got 3-0 down we improved and did ok and drew the rest of the game. Thankfully not much damage done over the weekend. Thank that DerBY and Wolves did not get late equalisers against Watford and Cardiff respectively.

Certainly a funny old game nevermind league.
