Great result.....tough place to win....that puts down a marker to the other sides, we are no pushovers.....

Even JB sounded as if he's enjoying himself.....there appears to be a good spirit in the side...

We're top of the league......even if it is only for an hour or so......

Just looked at statistics on game
    FOULS
    QPR 12
    Bolton18
    BOOKINGS
    QPR 6
    Bolton 1
So statistically we got a caution every 2nd foul where as bolton got 1 every 18 Can somebody please explain as i thought only 2 of ours were yellow cards and at least 4 of theirs were yellow.
This just goes some way to explaining the diabolical standard of refereeing in the game at the moment..........................
BUT NO WORRIES WE ARE QUEENS PARK RANGERS AND WE'RE TOP OF THE LEAGUE<party><party><party>

I thought Dunne, Hill, Barton and Henry were excellent today.

    Great result.
I thought Dunne looked a little dodgy first half but he was magnificent 2nd!
Green was superb...........I thouhgt his 2nd save was even better than the one he put onto the post.
Not sure about Oneill...........gave the ball away a lot.
Very pleased with Henry........just the ticket in this division.
Barton did well, but he also gave the ball away a lot........one very poor pass in the 1st half should have resulted in Beckford scoring.
Hill, after a dodgy beginning was brilliant...even his passing!! Great surge into the box and cross for the goal.
Onuoha was very, very good. Simpson good, although his final ball wasn't great.
    SWP was............well, SWP!!
Austin was too deep imo but that was needed away from home. Great return pass to Hill for the goal.
Johnson was outstanding and I really feel that Flyer needs to change his sig. To have "Johnson out" on there is a disgrace!

All in all, a very solid away performance. Henry and Barton began to lose their midfield grip in the final 20 mins, with their sub, Hall I think, getting a lot of space in the "hole". Jenas coming on stopped that.

How nice to hear this again: "We're top of the league".
    URRRrrrrrrrsssssssssss!!

one of the local papers said the 1-2 was with Oneill and SWP, did they even watch the game?

How can you confuse 2 white 6 footers with a black 5ft5" player? They even got the other player wrong too.

Very good observation that. They replaced their two strikers with one striker and one midfielder and gained controll of the match. But Harry countered that with bringing on Jenas for Johnson. Think McLaren sitting high into the stands has a lot of input on in-game tactics and formations.

Great win and pays them back for Clint's 'goal' a couple of seasons back.

In truth, apart from the move that led to the goal, we took Olly's ugly bird home in the taxi but the result is the same. Wam bam, thank you Mam and that is 3 points in the bag.

I suspect we were a bit lucky with their injuries too.

    COYRssssssss!!

I honestly believe a lot of this start is down to Steve Maclarin....he is a v good coach, organiser and motivator...I wonder if the best signing of our season may be that of Gareth Southgate's appointment to the u21 role, ahead of Maclarin

The bookings for me are the only downside. We need to be careful as suspensions will kick in soon if we continue to rack up the bookings. The whole second half I thought Barton was going to get sent off.

It was certainly a good time to play Bolton away.

I was a bit surprised at our low away attendance. We usually take a fair few more than that away. Huge respect to those who went and made themselves heard!

I agree, although I thought the ref was simply clueless!

Not much anyone could do with that ref, 2 or 3 were bookings, the rest were a joke. The only other option would be to stop tackling.

i thought he was ok except he never knew what was a yellow card and what wasnt. Basically every foul we did had a 50% chance of a yellow, every foul they did had a 6% chance of being a yellow.

something is wrong there because it wasnt a dirty game either way.

Another plus with Dunne is that he seemed to marshal the back 4 really well. We caught them offside on numerous occasions.
