So one point for promotion and two to win the league? Bloody hell. It's funny because as I've only been able to get to one game this year, it sort of feels like I'm disconnected from the team in a way, like they exist just in an abstract sense across pixels and internet cables yet when we got promoted and won the league last time, 7 years back, while I did go to more games in person (but probably no more than than 3 or 4, cause even if I lived closer to Portsmouth, that was only during the school holidays as I worked in a school in the West Midlands the rest of the time) as both the promotion and league winning games were at 3pm, I didn't actually see either of those events live. This time because it's on a Tuesday and iFollow exists, I might be able to see both of those live. Of course it might not happen, but just the chance of it happening is incredible. And work is pretty stressful atm so it would be a nice something. On another note, I decided to risk it and get tickets for Lincoln away in the home end. So now I'm now official a registered member of Lincoln City but apparently they don't allow newly registered members to buy tickets, which is fair I guess.
As the final weeks unfold, I sense that we have already done enough to secure automatic promotion, but lets win one of our two remaining home games to seal the deal.
