Three! I won't until it's guaranteed to be honest, especially if it goes down to the last day of the season! By my calculations, the earliest mathematically we could be home and dry is 7.30pm on 30 March (but then a ridiculous set of results would have to go our way) and realistically I think that with three games to go there is more chance we won't have it wrapped up by then and will need results against Blackburn and Villa eight more wins
IF we go up, we can certainly expect to retain the bulk of the squad and I'd just LOVE to see how Bendy, Leitner, Pukki etc can terrorise PL defences.
Well, the supercomputer got if spectacularly wrong before the season started!!! So, even allowing for the more pessimistic prediction, we should have the title sewn up by the time Blackburn visit on 27th April. Also interesting to see that both Villa and Frank Lampard’s Derby County will fail to make the playoffs. #whotrustssupercomputers #iwonderhowmanymorepredictionswellsee

Ah I see, you must be a lawyer.... Although joking aside I find it difficult to believe we will be more than six points off top two with two games to go. Famous last words...
Not to be negative but Bristol City are 10 pts behind us with two games in hand. If they were to take 3 pts from us on Sat. and win their games in hand they would only be 1 pt behind NCFC. Still a lot of work to be done.
You’re absolutely right but the only thing there is that Bristol City have a much harder set of remaining fixtures to anyone else in the top six I think
I hadn't checked their schedule, Rob. Just trying to show the hard work to be done if we are to go up. I started to post a "what if" question a couple of weeks ago and decided it was way too early for that. As others have said: "One game at a time."
Completely agree mate - I cant remember a Championship where the top six/eight were so tight so late in the season, with all of them genuinely having a chance of autos
The ambition isn't mine, it belongs to the players and staff. I'm not counting any chickens at all. IMO the 3 top teams have a good chance of automatic promotion but West Brom, Boro and Bristol City are still in with a chance as well, but that depends on the 3 top teams dropping points. My focus is on the Bristol game because if we win that, their chance then becomes very difficult. Games in hand are all very well but there is no guarantee of points and it also means they have to play more matches than us in the same period. I'm not counting on automatic promotion, but I'm enjoying the fact that we've done bloody well to be where we are and whatever happens, this will have been a successful season.
Bull crap to all this cagey shizzen. We're gonna win the rest of our games 3-0 or better and win the title at a canter! We'd have won it already if it wasn't for all these pesky injuries! Bah!
But in Leicester's case they won it, while Everton seem to have been there forever and done bugger all.
