I'm glad they've proved me wrong, I wasn't a fan of the 5-3-2/3-5-3 but after seeing the first half display vs Donny on tigersplayer I was quite impressed by our dominiation.

So if it's kicking in then great, and well done to Bruce for dropping Proschwitz if he wasn't firing.

Is Quinn the new Hunt?

nice surprise today, well played lads..

Leicester 1-0 up against Blackpool.
If they win we're 2 points off the top.

Have to say I thought that was the best home performance I have seen in years. We used the flanks and and put in some great deliveries. Every player's performance was superb. Just hope Aluko is OK.

Bruce said it was just a knock on the calf and he should be fine.

Not many teams in the Championship would have lived with us today...Pace going forward with Simmo and Aluko, steel in midfield with Oli, high work rate with Quinny, tight at the back with Faye and Chester, Koren sparking in midfield. Good wing back contributions from Dudge and Elmo.... The big question is can we keep it up? If yes, I am looking forward to Wembley in May or even better.

Not really. He had a good game doing what he was there to do, which was playing the ball around. Was weird having him and Koren in different midfield positions purely for passing and then having Aluko dropping deep to do the same, where were our 3 tackling midfielders today? I wouldn't say he was providing steel to the performance though, there was more steel provided by Quinn than by Oli. (Ability to win a header was nice as well)

Just repeating what Quinn said on Blunderside....About Oli breaking up their play and adding backbone...If I have misquoted Quinn than I will tip my titfer in your general direction.
