Fair play to them if they do after the blow today must have had. If Stoke are half as up for it as they were today then it's a huge ask to beat them at the Britannia.
Not a cats chance in hell IMO. Bolton should have taken 7 points from their last 3 games and took 2. I think they'll draw at best. Coyle looked like a beaten man at the final whistle
You know in football that there will be more twists and turns yet. Look at today - QPR looked dead and buried and within 2 minutes they're favourites to stay up. It just remains to be seen if the twists and turns fall in QPR's favour.
Really not sure what you are inferring with that comment - am I missing something here? Fantastic day for us with the late results.
It could have been worse, since he's a Scot who played for Ireland you could have referenced the stereotype of what a British person who wants to kid themselves on they're Irish might do when they're upset.
Great, no problem, I prefer the "very upset Scotsman" reference, which could also be applied to Messrs. Kean & Ferguson I dare say. I only hope that Stoke play with the same intensity against Bolton next week, so we don't have to get a result ourselves. Oh what I would give right now for an extra point gained somewhere this season.
Or even just that "goal" that put Bolton 3 points better off compared to you than they should be. (1 you dropped and 2 they gained as a result)
I agree but you have to go with form. Many including myself felt QPR would win today whereas I didn't feel Bolton would, in fact I thought Bolton would lose once I found out about Hodgson. For me neither QPR or Bolton win next week and QPR stay up
After watching MOTD, I feel slightly more confident. Without the help of the home support, a freak own goal and Stoke more resolute than WBA, I cannot see Bolton getting what they need. However, remember what Hughes has wisely said. Forget about other people. Focus on our game and do what we need to do. We need that point at City.
The fans at the Reebok were celebrating a stoke goal as a rumour swept around the stadium that they had scored and this was right before WBA got a goal. How gutted they must be.
