Morning Elland. Can you now close/merge this thread with my MAC thread? On GFH, we knew they weren't in it for the long term. But a £4m profit in less than a season is a fair effort. Was that just from the sale or from running costs. On Ross, Derby may well field a weakened team, which means we could score a hatful. As there's nothing riing on the game other than pride, I'm hoping Dawson and one or two other kids get at least part of a game. On Byram, I think we'll see him back to his best. Shoul have time during the summer to allow him to rest up and build up. On Cellino, time will tell. But freezing prices for kids is a good start. Let's judge him after the T/W.

Morning all I saw Boggers' Mac thread, then 60's Well done Cellino thread and assumed BMac had gone! Good point on Cellino encouraging the kids back though, definitely needs to be done. As for Ross, I think he will grab one on Saturday, but Byram needs an injury free season if he is going to even graze the kinds of performances we saw from him in his first full season. Also problem is, people know all about him now. In his first season he was the unexpected surprise package.

Under contract till 2016, which is a tricky one yeah. Without knowing how much he is on now in relation to the rest of the squad its hard to say. We should definitely be trying to keep hold of our young talent, but for all we know at the minute he could be crocked
Morning all. In answer to Elland's question & yes I've got my bar of soap lined up, I'd rather Chelski won the league than victimpool. If they won, we'd be reading for ages how this was in support of the '96, done for the '96 etc. That said, victimpool will win the league sometime and they're full of English talent, rather than imported talent from around the world, Suarez aside.
Elland not too sure your right about Aletico Madrid they are top of La LIGA knocked BARCA out of the Cup they say tables don,t lie so Spain have at least 3 better teams than any we have produced. Finally I think there should be a minutes silence on Saturday for the lady teacher can you speak to someone Aide!
As its a home game, I would imagine there'll be the traditional minute's silence for all those we've lost, making the terrible situation with that teacher even more poignant.
