Fair play to him on his cycle ride. It'd be hard work for a younger man, but it's a hell of a challenge for a bloke of almost 70. What I didn't know was that Bob's middle name was Primrose. :emoticon-0136-giggl

On the subject of challenges, the Steve Prescott one's immense. Lands End to John O'Groats in 9 days is bloody hard, but to detour to take in the three peaks including Snowdon is incredible.

I overcame an enormous physical challenge of my own this morning, I did 10 push ups and If I'm feeling good this aft I might do another 10. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

I've never seen it myself so it could be an urban myth, but I've heard some people even do them laid down.

Well done to Bob, he was on the radio recently saying how he's been walking around with a broken leg for the last 40 years- imagine somebody like Folan doing that, i can't!

Did he say whose broken leg it was, or was it just from a table that had fond memories for him?
