Good luck to him, but very difficult to hear him speak every time I hear him I can only vision an actor playing a US president giving a speech in a film like Independence day. Its hard to listen to.

There is no disputing that, but Franco was a decent guy too, not that it did him much good, I don't think Bradley will put up with fools like Taylor, so from that perspective of player power, he's a plus, but technically will he be good enough? I still think it's a big gamble (Not as big as Giggs) and he will need to hit the ground running, he is going to be on a massive learning curve, that there is no doubt...........<ok>
Well Brad Friedel thinks we should brace ourselves for a new style of play as Bob is more direct. It wont be pretty but it might keep us up, we could be the new crazy gang!

In the Brad Friedel interview I heard he said he expected it would be an open passing game but not passing for the sake of passing and where there was the opportunity to go direct it would be taken

I want to see a lot of "come on you Mother Fcukers from Bob towards the players and a lot of "Fcuk off you Mother Fcucker towards Jenkins....<laugh> Have a nice day....

Regardless of results , Bradley needs 13 games up to and including the Palace game with full support from the board. He's got tough road ahead of him and I suspect it will be a bit rocky for the first 4 or so games as he begins to see what he has and what he can do with it .
He needs to get the dressing room on board quick and make his decisions on the route forward quicker .
A good or bad performance against Arsenal will set a pretty good or bad tone in the dressing room .Dig in players , the manager needs it .

Nah, can't be true can it? Bradley said that he admired Fergie and that's all, maybe that's all the press are jumping on, but I've been wrong before. I never thought in a million years that Bradley would be our manager, but he's here now so go get em Brad, we're with you up until you lose us!. Would be a great marketing move though, give the American press and ors much to talk about and ponder on. If it happened then we'll be in a process aiming to set us up as contenders imo. It would be a coup for the owners and would set us up as the media darlings in the States, but we'd have to start winning to do that.

Still don't beleive theres much in it though, just my imagination talking after my brain's flipped the turbo on.

I'm surprised we haven't had any American cousins on here yet as I'm sure the Swans have increased the fan base by a couple of million give or take.

My son was in New York recently and there were American Swans fans in the bar where he was watching a game. Very knowledgable too.

My Brother was there recently and said similar. He stopped a couple of guys on the street wearing Joma Swans shirts thinking they'd be from back home and they spoke to him with New Yoik accents. This was pre Brad, they said that they watch the games at the soccer bar where they have six games on at a time, with about 20 Jacks. Many more Man U and Chelsea slicks as they called them, must be a derogatory term, but they love us Jack, or Jax (probably due to the Jacksonville whatsits, grid-irons not my US sport, NHL is though, go Flyers)
