Never seen Fringe but will check it out. Whoever mentioned Walking Dead <ok> Class, shame it was only 6 episodes, season two is 12 apparently, I just want to know what happened to the bloke from Days of Thunder who cut his hand off! I mean, where the **** did he go? With one hand? He sure didn't zip rope his way down.

Jesus Christ on a bike. It's gayboy heaven with a zombie twist in here!

Anyway, much more important matters in hand. I've 200 unexpected pounds to blow this weekend on top of normal betting funds Mick. I'm thinking over 2.5 in O.F game and Chelsea v Liverpool game.

Both showing at the moment at 5/6.

Theory being, who actually gives a **** about cup football in Scotland anymore so just go for it, and WRT Chelsea game, Torres will be all out to put one over on Liverpool and Luiz will be all out to show Torres that he was actually pretty average?

I can see a low scoring draw in the OF game, 12/5 a bit big the draw for me since it will go to a replay and when we get to the last 15/20 mins nobody will be looking to stick their neck out if it's still a draw.

You see, Mick, that's where we differ. That's where the value is. When it's a draw with (especially less than 10 mins to go) not long to go, you can get some real value, especially when you bare in mind that there are so many goals scored in the last 80-90 mins. Normally I take a chance on the home team to win at that stage and you get decent odds and it comes in fairly regularly. The odds on both sides to win are normally odds against and if you're wathcing the game, you can see who is actually applying the pressure.

I think Walter may go into cup mode for this also, he got to the UEFA Cup final by not losing games. Rangers lost their last Old Firm game by conceding a couple of silly ones and Neil Lennon won by keeping it very tight defensively - I think both managers might set out to frustrate the other team.

Hooper and Stokes are on fire so it will be interesting to see if Lennon keeps the two up front or tries to pull off something similar to the last game which worked so well. Might be worth waiting until right before the off to see the squads before deciding what to back.

Walter isn't in charge of cup games, Mick <whistle>

**** it, it's unexpected money so am going with instinct. 200 double @ 5/6 on both games over 2.5

If Broon and Diouf are playing then I'll definitely be having a ton on the sending off too. Infact bollocks, I'll be having a ton on the sending off regardless. <laugh>

I cant get enough of the zombi genre too. However, The Walking Dead Season 1 was absolute ****e as far as I was concerned. I was talking to Venom last time about this and he says the second part of the comic of which it's based far better so fingers crossed that **** hasn't built this up to be pish!

As for the betting I couldn't be arsed with bit bets so I just ****ed about with a few pound bets with half time/full time's including Villa, Birmingham, Fulham and Wigan.

When I was a lad I loved The Twilight Zone and the Outer Limts, Fringe is in that vein (if you are old enough to remember them) and also a cross between X Files and CSI. (Although CSI is pish).

The Brother will make a reappearance in season 2 of TWD.

I love movies where there is an impending doom, the world is ****ed, society has broken down and you are probably gonna die. Children of men, Dawn of the Dead, 28 days/weeks later - even the remake of War of the Worlds is a personal favourite.

It's advantage Rangers, your at home and you're bound to play better than the last game. We've a few players come back from injury and international duty so Lennon has some hard choices.
