No charlie Will give you the real reason I spent a lot of time and effort along with others at the beginning trying to make the switchover from 606 succeed! There were an explosion of other sites offering similar things . At that beginning if you look at the effort of all there then , imo the quality was a lot higher ! , Maybe we have become a victim of our success but again imo this board has become very samey, New ideas and innovations from folk far cleverer than me are required to keep it moving fwd , look at some competitors and you will see what I mean , there are only so many watford fans after all! So tell us views on the impending purchase of our club by the owner of successful Italian & Spanish football clubs, do you see any benefits or perhaps you have a concern? How about joining the debate on Capital Punishment, what are your views? So instead of stalking me around this message board, why not contribute something...?

I am sure the board will get better when the take over has or has not happened and the team starts playing again. I am tired of making the match thread on here and from 606 before so it is for a new person to try, things change and evolve. I like this thread as it is calm and peaceful, not the constant fight of the Observer, and there are a few travellers who visit, not as many as with the BBC but a start. I think the problem is so many rival boards set up and were competing we did not know where to go, how many are still going is a question and I do not know the answer.
nick, although your comment that I've highlighted about lack of recognition of humour were aimed at w_y, I found it offensive. There are people who have conditions which mean they struggle to tell when someone is being humourous whether they're looking at that person, never mind if they're reading it, one of those being my son. I suggest you think before posting.
