IMO there is no need to change any of the current board rules, nor the way the moderators interpret them. I just think that lately some of us have not shown some other posters the respect that all of us claim we are entitled to and say we are happy to accord to others.
Its daft because it will never work and theres no point to it. a) what difference does it make it there's a heated argument and where it is situated? b) Nobody is going to just make their points on some other thread when the one thats wound them up is somewhere else c) Its the football matters that create the heated debate that your trying to keep away from. You can't separate the. two d) absolutely no-one will use it because they want people to see what they are writing, its part of the point of self expression. Whos going to police it, apart from being a total arse ache for yourselves for just moving these things are you going to read through every post to gather the context to then make a decision?
