Dangling this carrot after the seasons end in front of the Bluebirds & taking it away , pitting Bluebird against Bluebird was cruel & calculating & has really shown the Malaysians " True Colors " . Good luck gents , you'll need it cause the Malaysians can never be trusted again !!

what utter garbage, 'dangling a carrot and taking it away'. they proposed investment on a serious of conditions, the fans have rejected some of these so they are reviewing what to do next.

if anything this episode shows the power of the more vocal fans.

the soap opera that ensued after the leak is not down to them as confidentiality agreements were broken by others, so how are they 'pitting bluebird against bluebird'?

Yes you've made that point a load of times already, join in the discussion, but say something bloody different and stop repeating the same post ffs.

We may find out if the clubs a better place with out the Malaysians, for the Jacks it might be for us I seriously doubt it will be.

Swamp, you are right about the leak. That guy didn't allow any chance at all for reasonable discussion. For any attempt at a proper meeting or proposal. What pisses me off, is he is probably getting drunk with beers bought by certain cretins we know.

absolutely, the proper thing would be to sit down and discuss things rationally, then come to a conclusion / agreement.

however through no fault of the malaysians, this now isnt possible. to have the rebranding come out of the woodwork from a forum and then everyone starts speculating and panicking doesnt help anyone.

if things were done officially, then perhaps each season ticket holder could be asked a yes or no as to whether they support it.

You keep searching for any excuse to justify what the owners are & will be doing to the club . I gave them the benefit of the doubt for a whole day . Trying to blame this all on a " Leak " is a laugh , sunglasses & white sticks all round . Won't bother again !!

What's more frustrating is some of the fools spouting garbage on facebook and the like. They talk of how its a massive victory for fan power but they don't seem to have realised that there is now a risk of the Malaysians pulling out. How naive are these people?!

Wonderful: we'll have to sell Whitts, we'll have no money for new players, no investemnt in the ground capacity, no chance of promotion, no repayment of the Langston debt - but we will be playing in blue (if we've still got a team left to support in two years' time it will probably be in the lower leagues). Isn't that wonderful!!!

I said yesterday that I bet the feeling on this board (essentially being so desperate to join us in the Prem you'd have sold your own mothers) was unlikely to be reflected among the wider fan base. I was right. CCFC is a good investment. Decent sized ground, a good history and lots of fans (ouch that hurt). If the Malaysians don't want you someone else will, even if it means admin to stop you falling into oblivion.

Get some fans on the board and people in who actually care.

Bluebird1927: Thought you'd be relieved at not having to change to 'Redbird'. <laugh>

Either write your own thread or keep your comments on the banter thread Aussie. Or you could even utilise one of the many threads about Cardiff on your own board.
