Every thread on the Arsenal board ended up the same; A87 going off on the same old rant about Wenger. He didn't even wait for anyone to reply before posting his next diatribe which was almost identical to the last one. It wasn't unusual for him to post a variation on the same post three or four times in a row without anyone else contributing. The thread could be titled "What the **** are you having for Dinner" and he'd somehow turn it into an anti-Wenger tirade.

The bizarre thing was that if a non-Arsenal fan dropped by and had a pop at Wenger he'd go into full on "In Defence of Wenger" mode!

They should have locked him and UIR in a padded room together, occasionally dropping a note in with a topic of conversation for them to "debate".

Bod, A87 was a cock who couldn't see that fans have different opinions and that discussion and banter is part of the reason we all love football.
All A87 wanted to do was descend all of our threads into his vitriol filled **** posts about Wenger, and if any poster cared to differ from him he went into a total meltdown and would rant and hurl personal insults at one and all.
A87 was our mentalist (and to be honest every team has one) but one beyond help - he isn't missed by any Arsenal fans as we can now discuss the team and wether Wenger should stay or go, without having a lunatic attack you :)

Fair enough.
I did say to him myself why he would attack fellow Arsenal fans, he seemed to enjoy it when you lost.

It was hilarious though, after every defeat you'd get rows of people posting things like:

"Unacceptable!"
"Why the **** was [insert name] playing?"
"Why did Wenger not bring on [insert name]"

And then all of a sudden he would jump in and say

"You guys can spin this however you want but we are ****.Wenger is passed it"
And then someone would be like
"did you read the messages above you? No one is spinning anything, we all said it was terrible!"

Then his response would be something like
"I would love to see how the spin brigade will justify this. Wenger is a cancer and he needs to go. If you don't see that then you don't support Arsenal!"

And everyone would be like "Dude, the **** are you talking about? Read the posts, no one is spinning anything. You are delusional!"

A87: "I am delusional because I can see that Wenger is no good? yada yada".

He made your board worth visiting, because he was batshit!
I will miss him :(

Yes, but he was the best Wum ever on the Gooner board. He could wind up more Gooners with a couple of posts than anyone else!...

For all non Gooners, he was hilarious!...

If he was still around he'd be ripping into Spurs right now, doubt you'd be reaching out to him for a cuddle!

It would be funny if he was allowed back as Arsenal have just had their best league finish in over a decade!

I think it's a shame he's gone. The guy is certifiable and he was so easy to rev up!

I used to enjoy him firing off in all directions. That's what made him such great entertainment!....

All you needed to do was make any criticism of Ozil, and he went off like a firework! <laugh>

... it's a technicality...the only way to ban from 'own board' is complete site ...if his profile was amended to remove Arsenal as his team ...it might then be possible to restrict ban to Arsenal board? ...

Give him the choice of doing that maybe? He might've thrown his toys out the pram anyway, but equally he may not have known and could have reflected on either removing the favourite team or changing his posting habit.
