How many people do u know in Huddersfield?

I've only ever known one person from Huddersfield and his sole contribution to any football debate was "Andy Booth" and how class he was. It put me off the entire city to be honest.

Always guaranteed bother when we were away at Huddersfield. Leeds too.

Remember back in the day my brother and his mates were playing cricket on Leeds road playing fields, padded, bats, wickets..a proper game

Newcastle were in town that day

they came home bloodied and brawled with blood stains on the Willow

Well my BMI puts me in the overweight category at 28. Not sure how indicative that is tbh as I work out 5 times per week for around 2-3 hours at a time so I’ve got fairly large muscles and I’ve always been broad.

Seems like a blunt tool to measure loads of different body types. I probably weigh more than a skinny frame bloke with a big beer belly. But I’d wager I’d have less body fat and more muscle.

I used to have the same BMI as a pork scratching, but I’ve reduced that significantly with my intense fitness regime and low fat diet.

muscle weighs more than fat so it's common for people with big muscles to have bad reading on bmi.

you'll be in good shape mate

I’m 46 now. I go to the GP for my annual MOT. I’ve got good BP, blood sugar and cholesterol levels. I don’t lift weights, but I do intense cardio workouts (cycle, swim, surf) so I’m in decent shape. <ok>
