Mason always on the the shoulder of the last man in defence and making space for himself, for a young age and what we paid for him a bargain ,would like to see what our front three of Mason,Miller and Gestade would do with a pacey winger that beats a man and draws others in before he crosses the ball to the danger area ................thats what we are missing . Have read a few reports in the rags but all different from being there and i wonder sometimes if we see the same game ........Daily Mail spot on tho

Its the last 1/4 of the pitch we failed in ,all the good work but no real break thro thats why we need a fast player to take them on and draw defenders out of position for others to score . just my humble opinion .;O)
So true JH. If Malky was to read this board he would know many of us have said that since before Christmas. The lack of a suitable winger is baffling. Brum had 3 wingers on when Townsend arrived yesterday, we had..............none. I advocated getting Townsend to us when Spurs went out of the Europa Cup but he went to Leeds and then Brum. he could have done so much for us.
