<laugh> I was at both of them too - but Wednesday away was just fine as it didn't matter on the day :emoticon-0148-yes:

Best run was 6!

We won 4, then lost to Luton, then won 6, then lost to Sheff Wed
Thanks Thai. As you say the Wednesday game was bitter sweet as this was the day we claimed promotion albeit on the back of defeat. Great atmosphere with rumours consistently flowing around as to how Leicester were fairing, and a great journey home.

Sorry Rob, you know your slaphead above? It took me a full minute after reading that comment to realise what you had said, talk about dim FFS.

<laugh>

Some of my recent posts have been offerings of great ammunition to our panicky resident Binners if we don't go up. I'm giving them hope out of sympathy with their plight.

I was at the game at Carrow Road in December 1990 (old 1st div), where the Wombles completely out muscled us and were 4-0 up after 15 minutes ! Thankfully that was also the final score

Yep, I was there for that one.

Alex Neil has really got the team playing together and for each other. They've responded to him more than we could of hoped, lets hope it continues. Could we be on the verge of another long run unbeaten or most number of wins?

Interesting that the unbeaten run started after Wimbledon and finished at Wimbledon. What a bogey side they've been for us over the years.

1-0 wasn't it? I remember writing it on my homemade colour coded results page in berol felt tip pens.

That couldn't have been long after a Dons game i remember but we won 3-0. I was in the then Riverend when Vinnie Jones slid in to score a quite spectacular own goal. Anyone remember the year?

I can remember him scoring that own goal. I though he was playing for Sheff Utd that day and it was a FA cup game 4th or 5th round. The game ended 3-2 though. We went on to the semi where we lost to Everton.
