I went to order a new top with Castore, and I have a £25 gift card which I earned from previous purchases.

The gift card won't work and they tell me that they've terminated that offer for everyone.

I sent them an email threatening a claim under section 75 of the consumer credit act.

I'm not happy with these rats!
 
Shame, their gear is nice. But their customer service is ****e
 
Maybe this can force the club's arm to get rid of Castore based on poor quality and impact on supporters and get in a new sponsorship deal.
