But they have been trying to burn him at the stake for the last few years Dragon !! its a complete joke up there I have to say, where else in world football could a guy extract millions from the club in "consultancy fees" set up another company and charge more "consultancy fees" deny he has control of that company but then charge the club for loans and interest to the tune of roughly £25m,pushing them towards bankrupcy AND then be welcomed back with open arms AND given a life presidency membership !!!...... The comedy value just gets better, now they think that all the £85m debt has disappeared ! They don't seem to realise that debts get loaded onto the club not the individual, its a well known scam as seen in the film goodfellas !! run credit up on the buisnesses account and when all that gets closed you bust the joint out !!.... Luckily for Sam he gets to do this twice!... Wimbledon fans warned them what he was like,they didn't believe them,sour grapes etc,etc, their own fans soon saw his true colours when he left, but for some reason they seem to have forgotton this bloke is a total crook who almost put them out of business....just unbeilivible stuff from the eastern block
Firstly, Sams accountant is not on the board. A business acquaintance of his is on the board, he just happens to be an accountant. Secondly Sam (sadly) has the ear of VT and with that the board. His title is honorary, go look it up in the dictionary. It's a great move by VT as he can use Sam in a number of ways and he's already started, you may want to read over his interview in WOL it is cringeworthy sucking up but I believe his first mission is to bring the blue brigade in line. So again I find myself partly agreeing with NJ, not a good week for me...
No it's time to confess it was me. I saw a pink bike with stabalisers and the initials JH on the seat so I couldn't resist Why are you all moaning about their board ? Let them carry on. I have read through their debt free thread and I think it's bloody hilarious. Funniest thing I've read in a long time. I work in the financial industry and its clear to me they have zero business acumen and are very gullible. Jäger I can tell you is very switched on financially and I'm sure he would agree with this too. Comedy at its best
