Having lived in Sheffield for nearly 7 years, I'm surprised it wasn't S Yorkshire constabulary - wouldn't be the 1st time they kicked off first

Agree need to rest him up for sure. A few weeks now is way better than long term damage. I love him btw. Bloody brilliant having a player out there who just seems to love playing football and taking people on. Just needs to work on being more clinical. Great header last night!

him and almiron are great players … almiron is the opposite of someone the fans used to give a hard time n Laurent Robert! he does so much defensive work , his attitude is outstanding and he does cause problems for other teams. make up your minds lads !! if he did both he wouldn't be here

The work ethic from all 11 on the pitch last night was fantastic, special mention to ASM though - genuinely thought he was going to be amazing to watch going forwards but an absolute waste in terms of his defensive work rate but Bruce has him (and the rest of them) well drilled. The way he sprints over to the full back when they received the ball was of Tash orgasmic proportions last night. He dangles a leg a bit and probably couldn't tackle a nun but at least he is in a position to dangle his legs, if we were talking about HBA I don't think he'd have been back in our half for half of the attempted closing downs ASM did last night.

Miggy is a paradox though, great dribbling, work rate, team work etc but couldn't score in a brothel or assist as a bag packer at Tesco by the looks of things, I keep saying it'll take one for him to be off and running but I genuinely think Dubravka might outscore him this year.

I'd say getting one item in a bag after 30 odd attempts is not really good enough. To play a 5-7 yards reverse ball isn't cutting it for me, want him to do well but I'll be over the moon if he lays on or scores 10 goals this season.

At this rate I'll throw a party if he scores 1.

Under what possibly criteria is Almiron a great player? His lovely smile when he misses yet another scoring opportunity? His endearingly amateur attempts to win penalties? His famous headless chicken impersonation?

2 goals in 3 games now... cracking little player in many areas and if he starts getting goals he will be a top player.

You do realise just how good these players are? The margins are so small... you just dont see the things hes great at... he has a flaw but were nufc not a big club.
