What a tough game today. Now the furore over the roi is over we can get back to playing some decent football. However my head is leading my heart on this one and can see us going down 2-0. Hopefully I'm wrong. And what odds on the twat chops getting in on the act.
Come on you blues. Prove me wrong.

Very tough game and I'd take a draw. I think 2-1 to them unfortunately with Tom Ince proving the difference. Although you never know in the league, could be 3-0 to the town... Here's hoping anyway!

That would be a neat trick, he has been left out of the match day squad due to "international commitments"....<yikes>

If Tommy Smith is not prepared to commit to us, then get rid of him, Ipswich are his employers, he's not that good a player anyway. This doesn't look good, Skuse playing right back, at least Chambers is back in the middle

Tommy obviously sees playing for his country as the honour it should be. Unlike some of our English prima donnas. Skuse at right back has me slightly concerned too.

When he signed for us, the Bristol City fans said Skuse’s best games for them was at right back.

Unless you’re concerned about him missing from midfield? He did save our arse there against the might of Barnsley, though that was when he was toiling defensively.

1-0. Slightly strange lineup IMO with Skuse going to RB think it says alot to what Mick thinks of Hewitt which is a shame, the boy clearly has potential, chuck him back in rather than playing a CM at RB. Puts the myth about Mick being a round pegs in round holes man to bed!!

It looks a very uninspiring blunt team, where's the creativity gonna come from now that Cresswell is out? Gonna have to throw caution to the wind I think to get back into this one.

On paper the line-up is an absolute shambles, odd decisions all over the park <yikes>

Skuse played at RB almost as often as he did in midfield whilst he was at Brizzle...!

Because we pay his wages, as far as I know, New Zealand pay nothing towards his salary at Ipswich. Would be interesting to know who pays for all the air fares, accommodation and the like when he galavants off. We have had to reorganise the shape of the team, okay Cresswells needless sending off has not helped, but that's not the point, we are losing already

<doh> If it wasn't for Tommy Smith we'd certainly be in League One this season <ok>

Seems mick is possibly losing the plot. There are certainly some curious choices today. Time for an inspiring half time talk. Go out in the second all guns blazing.
