I see we have an excellent new goal-kick routine whereby Begovic feigns to kick it long before running off to allow the ball to be passed to him across the six-yard box. He then passes it wide again before the ball is booted aimlessly upfield anyway. Brilliant.
The good and bad of Armstrong on show as his horrendous touch when one-on-one with the keeper blew what was a gilt-edged chance to score. Then he later plays a delightful ball through for Hodge to score. For all his deficiencies, he's an effective weapon in this league. I think the 'foul' on him which was given the other way - leading to their goal - could have gone either way. The ref just took the easier option.
Two good goals and a massively important win.
